Production and recycling process of cardboard-plastic:

Modern, environmentally friendly alternative to returnable and reusable packaging. It serves as a replacement for the conventional carton boards.

Cardboard-plastic is produced by continuous extrusion of polypropylene granules. The two cover layers are reinforced with a central, unidirectional ribbed, resembling corrugated board, which forms long stiff channels in the production direction through which air can flow freely. Thanks to this, the cardboard-plastic is strong and at the same time flexible. The Recycling process of cardboard-plastic without any additives. Recycled plastic is simply crushed and then processed into granules. These pellets are added to the granules of pure polypropylene.

Carton paper production and recycling process:

First of all, it is necessary to rebut the established myth. The fact that paper is recyclable does not mean that the paper is environmentally friendly. Paper recycling is a complicated process, which is very demanding of water consumption. The polluted water is then returned back into our rivers. Not every type of paper is suitable for recycling (copy paper, hygienic papers, coated paper, waxed paper and otherwise chemically treated paper). In most cases, the production of paper comes with bleaching. Paper is often bleached with dyes based on chlorine or hydrogen peroxide - non-organic additives.

As we mentioned above, due to the large consumption of water, all the paper mills located directly on the shores of our rivers.
