Technology: cutting

Technology: cutting
Cutting technology is based on the compression of two opposite press surfaces under high pressure. The types of presses vary depending on the mechanical movement when the opposing plates are compressed. This movement can be, for example, linear or radial.
Processing technology
The material is placed onto the fixed surface of the press. Afterward, the cutting die is positioned on the movable surface.

The cutting die
The cutting die defines the exact shape of the product being made. It is a wooden board (plywood) fitted with cutting knives made from steel. The board, into which the groove of the defined shape of the product is burned with laser is then fitted with cutting knives.

Further divisions of presses are based on their technical limits, such as:
  • press surface area
  • maximal press pressure
  • types of accessories for effective processing of semi-finished products (boards)

The types of processed materials depend on the properties of the cutting forms and technical parameters of the cutting presses.
Corrugated cardboard plastic
Corrugated cardboard plastic
Corrugated cardboard plastic
Modern ecological(recyclable) alternative to non-returnable and returnable packaging. Cardboard-plastic serves as a durable substitute to conventional cardboard with some additional benefits.
Foam

Foam
We offer a wide range of foam materials based on their structure (chemical composition), we are able to suggest  the best soluiton for any industry (automotive, marketing, logistics, etc.)
Bubble structure PP sheet
Bubble structure PP sheet
Bubble structure PP sheet
Bubble polypropylene structure provides the sheet with the same mechanical properties for both the x and y axis, which makes the sheet more structurally sound compared to cardboard-plastic.
