The foldable cardboard plastic box is designed with regard to maximum space saving during logistics process of returnable packaging in industrial logistics. A special Velcro (which guarantees 600 layouts and folds without affecting the cohesion of the joint) allows the box to be folded / assembled with next to no rigidity loss.

Cardboard-plastic assemblable boxes are delivered as a flat sheet with the intention to reduce logistical costs. When folded, locked with plastic rivets, they are a very durable, while at the same time lightweight and stackable.

Stacking boxes with aluminium bar have the advantages of stacking boxes with PVC bar and PVC corners plus higher torsional box stability. This design is used for boxes of larger size with higher axial load of the walls (bulk materials).

 

It is the most used design of custom stacking box. The reason for its frequent use is its price availability based on its simple design and availability of all used components.
