Custom textile dunnage

The main part of textile insert is made of double material.  Between these materials, there is inserted cardboard-plastic reinforcement to pull textile separator tight.

Advantages:

• primary packaging is not damaged by sticking the Velcro
• wider spectrum of application

Textile insert is equipped with Velcro and it allows to fasten textile insert to the packaging. This type of insert can be folded together with packaging.

• possibility of folding a separator
• simple removability

Textile insert is hung on the packaging. Vertical tension is in most casses provided by gravity. For horizontal tension, there are used side tunnels in places of horizontal division.
