The basic principles of our solution:

Software: Our solution for optimizing logistics processes using top-of-the-line master control software and P2X system hardware allows us to divide individual processes into as few separate sub-processes as possible, which interact with each other. Individual sub-processes are assigned according to priority to competent operators (client applications).

Hardware: The physical efficiency of semi-automatic material flow processes is addressed through continuous position matching. Positions equipped with our or existing Pick to Light navigation are simultaneously lit in each sub-process and guide the operator to the next sequential activity.

Process types: automated/semi-automated/manual

  • Automation is a fully autonomous process without any human intervention
  • A semi-automated process occurs with any human activity in the automated process (e.g., operating software)
  • Manual process is the physical part of human activity

Note: This implies that full automation for the production of any product is rarely found (yet) nowadays. In fact, there are mainly automated parts of processes supplemented by semi-automated processes. The cost of implementing full warehouse automation is extremely high.
