On Wednesday, June 1, 2022, we presented our solution for optimizing logistics processes on the occasion of the opening of a new test center.
The INTEMAC research and innovation center has opened a test facility for Industry 4.0 in Kuřim, South Moravia. Companies can use the testbed as an experimental workplace for testing, simulations and new scenarios of modern production. For example, they have an automated unit for handling piece production, an autonomous supply truck, camera quality control systems or localization of movement in space.
The Smart DEMO application included a rack and trolley equipped with
Pick to Light technology to facilitate and speed up the work of warehouse operators and workstations with a Vision system for guidance and control. The presented processes (dispensing, receipt, transfer) were controlled by our own software.
