Foam applications for collapsible pallet boxes

We offer various configurations of our Smart TPS containers. This type of container is characterized by a large volume, which guarantees maximum use of the internal volume and at the same time the minimum size of the box in the folded state. Our collapsible pallet container is ideal for handling and storage, especially for the returnable packaging system thanks to its light weight and collapsible design. We offer an option in combination with various types of custom inserts (sample HERE). TPS boxes are tested at CIMTO and patented by us.

Foam trays are used for securing smaller parts, which are easy to scratch. We use cardboard plastic base, which allows us to stack multiple levels of trays.

TP boxes are 100% recyclable, they can be folded and thus save up to 70% of the volume.

Hybox is a collapsible large-capacity container with three handles and a flap with a drain hole on the side.
645 liters of usable volume can be folded to a height of 230 mm.
