We offer various configurations of our Smart TPS containers. This type of container is characterized by a large volume, which guarantees maximum use of the internal volume and at the same time the minimum size of the box in the folded state. Our collapsible pallet container is ideal for handling and storage, especially for the returnable packaging system thanks to its light weight and collapsible design. We offer an option in combination with various types of custom inserts (sample HERE). TPS boxes are tested at CIMTO and patented by us.

TP boxes are 100% recyclable, they can be folded and thus save up to 70% of the volume.

Stacking boxes with aluminium bar have the advantages of stacking boxes with PVC bar and PVC corners plus higher torsional box stability. This design is used for boxes of larger size with higher axial load of the walls (bulk materials).

 

It is the most used design of custom stacking box. The reason for its frequent use is its price availability based on its simple design and availability of all used components.

Flap boxes without bevel can only be used in case of corrugated cardboard plastic with correctly defined direction of cores.
 

Flap boxes are an ideal example of a returnable packaging with a maximum return ratio. The possibility of a special closing system provides maximum efficiency when handling the box without using adhesive tapes.
