Materials

Chemically non-crosslinked PE foam (polyethylene)
 
  • Produced in various densities from 18 kg/m3-100 kg/m3
  • Color variants: white / gray - anthracite
  • Characterized by an open cell structure
  • Cheaper alternative to foams, which are mainly used for one-way packaging across all foam products/inserts: Foam inserts
 
 
Chemically non-crosslinked AS foam (polyethylene)
 
  • Temporary antitstatic treatment - for a period of 3 years from production (surface resistance 1012 Ω)
  • Mainly used for packaging for electronic components
  • Opene cell structure
  • Application: Foam inserts / Foam trays
 
Chemically crosslinked foams NA, AP / XPE (polyethylene)
 
  • From our point of view, these are the most used crosslinked foams
  • Various thicknesses and weights
  • Thanks to their properties (smooth, solid, flexible surface), they have their use in the field of automotive, but also in marketing
  • We use theese types of foam for most of our Foam inserts
 
Chemically crosslinked LD (polyethylene) foam
 
  • Wide range of color options
  • Application: Mainly in the field of marketing
Chemically crosslinked Alveo foam, t=4 mm, 90 kg/m3

We recommend it especially for products with a sensitive surface in the automotive.
 
ESD crosslinked foams - CN (CD), SD - conductive

Its characteristic property is permanent antitstatic treatment.
 
  • CD foams - 106 Ohm
  • SD foams - 109  Ohm
 
PUR foams = soft foams (polyurethane)/ nubbed foams
 
  • Application: Mainly for the production of customer foam inserts for suitcases / boxes
  • Nubbed foam: used as a pressure element under a lid in a suitcase / box to prevent your product from moving around.
